Graduate and Employer Surveys were revised February 2010. In January 2011, survey numbering was revised to ease input of results into the online Annual Reports Management System (ARMS) now in use. Programs should begin using new surveys immediately.
All CAAHEP-accredited Perfusion programs are required to distribute the following graduate and employer surveys 6-12 months following graduation:
